My Journey to You

Originally from Portland, Oregon, I have called Fort Collins, Colorado, home since 2012. My path to supporting families began with a deep fascination for how the human body moves and develops, leading me to earn my Masters in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University in 2014.

Since then, I have dedicated my career to serving the Northern Colorado community. In 2016, I founded Above and Beyond Therapy, providing specialized in-home pediatric occupational therapy. Over the years, I realized that the "Milk" and the "Milestones" are inextricably linked, which drove me to specialize in infant feeding and pursue advanced lactation credentials.

Clinical Expertise & Education

I believe in a "whole-picture" approach to care. My background as an OT allows me to look at the sensory and motor foundations of feeding, while my lactation training ensures your breastfeeding or bottle-feeding journey is supported with clinical precision.

• Infant Support Specialist: Member of the Infant Support Team for the Larimer County Early Intervention program.

• School-Based OT: Serving the Fort Collins Montessori School since 2016.

• Broad Clinical Reach: My experience spans Inpatient Lactation at Banner Health, Outpatient Pediatrics, Skilled Nursing, and conducting evaluations for the State of Colorado.

Life Beyond the Clinic

When I’m not supporting families in my office or your home, I am navigating the beautiful, messy reality of "mom-life" myself. I cherish time spent with my husband, my son, and our dog. Like many of the parents I work with, I am constantly seeking that elusive work-life balance and rediscovering old hobbies that bring me joy.

I know firsthand that the early years of parenthood are a whirlwind of milestones. I am here to provide the professional encouragement and practical roadmaps you need to help your family thrive.
